Former Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama has proposed five major steps to boost the country’s economy and address existing difficulties if elected in the 2024 presidential election.
During a major media briefing on Sunday, July 7, 2024, Mahama, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, underlined his long expertise and leadership track record, highlighting his capacity to lead Ghana through economic difficulty.

Relying on Past Experience: Mahama highlighted the achievements of his previous presidency in terms of economic stability and infrastructure development. He promised to use this knowledge to help Ghana get over its current financial challenges.
Vision for Economic Revival: Mahama’s vision is centered on sustainable economic development. He intends to concentrate on industrialization, improving agriculture, and wisely managing natural resources in order to promote inclusive growth and employment creation.
