The Majoriry has been accusing the minority of throwing dust into the eyes of Ghanaians and continue to peddle falsehood because of elections.
Speaking in a presser in Parliament, the majority leader Alexander Afenyo Markin who led the caucus said the minority has made it a hallmark to lie and doing anything for the government to look bad to achieve political gains.
Reacting to the recent NDC presser which sort question the parliamentary approval, also alleged that state agencies were signing multi-year contracts without a parliamentary approval.
This assertion the Majority says the NDC hit ut wrong. It added that the provision at article 181(5) of the constitution which allow the rules emphasizes on an international contract and that the contract involving the Strategic Mobilization Limited(SML) and Ghana Revenue Authority(GRA) pointing out that the move was politicizing the issue.
The Majority also accuses NDC for recklessly putting out comments and scaring investors and that affects the efforts of government. The caucus outlined some efforts made in education, fishing industries as well as massive infrastructural development.
